What you'll get:
9-weeks full of inspiring mindful self-compassion curriculum to build the resources and shape awareness for self-compassionate, mindful living.
Each week live online training via zoom (1,5 hrs each)
Two individual coaching sessions (30 min each) where we discuss your stages of progress or anything you wish to discuss related to the program.
Guided mindful practice during class and training audios to practice on your own.
Supportive know-how, research, and tools about how to use self-compassion in daily life
This program is designed for women who would like to indulge in kindness and compassion.
This is a resourceful beginner program, all levels welcome.
Weekly live training will be on Fridays,
6 pm CET / 4 pm UTC
