Modern Self-Compassion Program - 8 weeks

About the online program ...

What you'll get:

  • 9-weeks full of inspiring mindful self-compassion curriculum to build the resources and shape awareness for self-compassionate, mindful living. 

  • Each week live online training via zoom (1,5 hrs each)

  • Two individual coaching sessions (30 min each) where we discuss your stages of progress or anything you wish to discuss related to the program.

  • Guided mindful practice during class and training audios to practice on your own.

  • Supportive know-how, research, and tools about how to use self-compassion in daily life 

This program is designed for women who would like to indulge in kindness and compassion.
This is a resourceful beginner program, all levels welcome. 

Weekly live training will be on Fridays,
6 pm CET / 4 pm UTC
