You can shift from a life lived in your head to a life that integrates body wisdom, heartfelt sensations, and your innate spirit.
During the coaching sessions, I will guide you through practices based on the concept of Mindful Self-Compassion, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and other bodily exercises.
Each session includes listening, talking, and practicing being curious about your body experience; we create a safe environment with mindful awareness and self-compassion.
What you'll get:
- Three individual coaching sessions live on Zoom (45-min each)
- Private platform to share resources and ask questions in between your coaching process
- Home practices to integrate into your daily life
Your individual coaching sessions can be scheduled
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from:
5 pm CET - 9 pm CET // 8 am PST - 12 pm PST // 3 pm UTC - 7 pm UTC
Coachings can be offered in German and English. Please note that all three coaching sessions must be scheduled within 90 days after purchase at the latest.
