You’ll learn 7 meditations, 14 in-class exercises, and 20 informal practices

Receive guided mindfulness practices during class and training audios to practice on your own

What's a session like?
The sessions include mindfulness practices, guided teachings, group discussions, short talks, and reflections.
You can log onto a private course platform to connect with fellow students and get additional course material.
